Juventus continues to pursue Italian midfielder Sandro Tonali, but the deal appears highly complex due to Newcastle United’s firm stance and a hefty asking price that could reach €100 million.
According to Italian media reports, Juventus views Tonali as the ideal piece for their midfield, citing his leadership qualities and technical excellence. However, the financial gap between English and Italian clubs makes the transfer nearly impossible at present.
Journalist Matteo Moretto explained that Newcastle values the player between €90 million and €100 million, a figure beyond the reach of most Serie A clubs. As a result, no official negotiations have begun yet.
Meanwhile, Tonali’s name remains prominent within Juventus’ corridors, with the club considering him a future captain. But the English side is unwilling to part with him easily, especially after he became a key figure in recent seasons.
