2026 NFLPA Rookie Premiere: Get to Know 49ers’ Kaelon Black

The San Francisco 49ers are gearing up for a busy offseason, highlighted by two of their 2026 draft picks being selected for the prestigious NFLPA Rookie Premiere. Running back Kaelon Black and wide receiver De’Zhaun Stribling will represent the team at the 32nd annual event in Los Angeles from May 14–16.

Black, drafted No. 90 overall out of Indiana, is a versatile back with a compelling journey to the NFL. His skill set and personality quickly made him a fan favorite, and the Premiere will be his first major league-wide showcase. Meanwhile, Stribling adds another weapon to the 49ers’ receiving corps.
